Ace-Tones band name meaning

(approx. 1989-1997, NLD) – Neo punk band from Delft and The Hague after the style of the Fuzztones (sixties punk, intended for an eighties / nineties audience, see also Fuzztones).

Ace Tone combo organ

Lead singer was Ad ‘Ace’ van Dijk, the band name however was derived from the Ace Tone combo organ, one of the precursors of the Roland organs.
